Abstract
¸ñ Àû: º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼´Â Àڿܼ± UV-A, UV-B, UV-CÀÇ ³ëÃâ Áõ°¡¿¡ µû¸¥ UV Â÷´Ü¿ë ¼ÒÇÁÆ® ÄÜÅÃÆ®·»ÁîÀÇ ½Ã°¨Åõ°úÀ² ¹× ´ëºñ°¨µµÀÇ º¯È¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ¿¬±¸ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
¹æ ¹ý: UV-A, UV-B, UV-C lampÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÞÀº 2°³ÀÇ ÇÏÀ̵å·Î°Ö ·»Áî, 2°³ÀÇ ½Ç¸®ÄÜ ÇÏÀ̵å·Î°Ö·»ÁîÀÇ ½Ã°¨Åõ°úÀ²°ú ÇǰËÀÚ 23¸í(46¾È)ÀÇ ´ëºñ°¨µµ¸¦ °Ë»çÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á ·Ð: UV-A, UV-B, UV-C lampÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÞÀº ¼ÒÇÁÆ® ÄÜÅÃÆ®·»ÁîÀÇ ½Ã°¨Åõ°úÀ² ¹× ´ëºñ°¨µµ º¯È´Â UV-C, UV-B, UV-A lamp ¼øÀ¸·Î ¿µÇâÀ» ¸¹ÀÌ ¹Þ´Â °ÍÀ» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú°í, ÇÏÀ̵å·Î°Ö ÀçÁúº¸´Ù ½Ç¸®ÄÜ ÇÏÀ̵å·Î°Ö ÀçÁúÀÌ ´õ ¸¹Àº ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÞÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
Purpose: In this study, the change of luminance transmittance and contrast sensitivity was studied by the change of UV cut-off soft contact lens according to increasing the exposure UV-A, UV-B, UV-C
Methods: Luminance transmittance of two hydrogel lenses, two silicone hydrogel lenses which affected UV-A, B, C lamp was measured and the contrast sensitivity was examined to the patient 23(46 eyes)
Results: The luminance transmittance of soft contact lens irradiated UV lamp greatly decreased from the lens irradiated by UV-C lamp to UV-B and UV-A. Contrast sensitivity test was performed to experimental subjects who wore soft contact lens affected by the same amount of ultraviolet irradiation.(9.35mJ/cm2) The measured value of lens irradiated by UV-C lamp was the lowest, which was a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).
Conclusions: The change of luminance transmittance and contrast sensitivity of soft contact lens irradiated by ultraviolet A, B, C was affected by UV-C, UV-B, UV-A in regular sequence and silicone hydrogel material type was more affected than hydrogel material type.
