°á ·Ð: Ä«ÆÄ°¢°ú ±³´ëÇÁ¸®Áò°¡¸²°Ë»ç¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ÆíÀ§°¢Àº »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ³ô¾ÒÀ¸¸ç ÆíÀ§¸¦ Áø´ÜÇÏ´Â Âü°íÀûÀÎ ÀÚ·á·Î È°¿ëÀÌ °¡´ÉÇÏ´Ù.
Purpose: In order to investigate the deviation angle by Hirschberg¡¯s test and alternating prism cover test(A.P.C.T.).
Methods: We had measured the angle kappa, deviation angle, accommodation power, N.P.C. and AC/A ratio of university students who are in the range of 21 to 25 year old and who don¡¯t have eye disease.
Results: The deviation angle measured by A.P.C.T. at short distance and the angle kappa of the right(r=0.730, p=0.000) and left eye(r=0.755, p=0.000) have meaningful correlationship. The relation between positive angle kappa and the deviation angle by A.P.C.T. was linear as ¡¯y = 3.954 + 0.063¥ö¡¯. the relation between accommodation power and N.P.C. was negatively linear as ¡¯y = 10.603 - 0.667¥ö¡¯, in which the shorter the N.P.C. is, the larger accommodation power is(negative relationship; r=-0.646, p=0.001).
Conclusions: It is possible to use the results as basic data for decision of eye position.
