¸ñ Àû: Ȳ»öÆ÷µµ»ó±¸±Õ(Staphylococcus aureus)°ú ³ì³ó±Õ(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)À¸·Î ¿À¿°½ÃŲ RGP ·»Á 3°¡Áö Á¾·ùÀÇ ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾×¿¡ ħÀ±½ÃŲ ÈÄ °¢ ½Ã°£´ëº° µÎ ±ÕÁÖÀÇ Ç×±ÕÈ¿°ú¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© ·»Áî ¼Òµ¶¿¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÑ Ä§À±½Ã°£À» Á¦½ÃÇϰíÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù.

´ë»ó°ú ¹æ¹ý:,/b> Ȳ»öÆ÷µµ»ó±¸±Õ°ú ³ì³ó±ÕÀÇ ¹è¾ç¾×(³óµµ 109 Colony Forming Unit/ml) 0.1ml¿Í LB broth 0.9ml È¥Çվ׿¡ RGP ·»Á ³ÖÀº ÈÄ 24½Ã°£ ¹è¾ç ÈÄ ½ÇÇèÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. 3°¡Áö Á¾·ùÀÇ ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾×À» 1½Ã°£, 2½Ã°£, 3½Ã°£, 4½Ã°£, 5½Ã°£, 6½Ã°£, 7½Ã°£ µ¿¾È ħÀ±½ÃÄÑ Ç×±Õ È¿°ú¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á °ú: Ȳ»öÆ÷µµ»ó±¸±Õ°ú ³ì³ó±Õ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾× °£¿¡ Ç×±ÕÈ¿°ú Â÷ÀÌ´Â, ½Ã°£´ëº°·Î 1½Ã°£ ħÀ±À¸·Î Àüü ±ÕÀÇ cfu°¡ ¾à 43~47%, 55~63% °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´°í, 2½Ã°£ ħÀ±À¸·Î´Â ¾à 77~80%, 77~86% °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. 3½Ã°£ ħÀ±À¸·Î´Â ¾à 97~98%, 85~97% cfu°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´°í, 4½Ã°£ ħÀ±À¸·Î´Â 100%, 95~100% cfu°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±×¸®°í 5½Ã°£, 6½Ã°£, 7½Ã°£ ħÀ±À¸·Î´Â ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾× ¸ðµÎ Ȳ»öÆ÷µµ»ó±¸±Õ(Staphylococcus aureus)°ú ³ì³ó±Õ(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)ÀÌ °ËÃâµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.

°á ·Ð: Ȳ»öÆ÷µµ»ó±¸±ÕÀº ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾× 4½Ã°£ ÀÌ»óÀÇ Ä§À±½Ã°£¿¡¼­ °ËÃâµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò°í ³ì³ó±ÕÀº ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾× 5½Ã°£ ÀÌ»óÀÇ Ä§À±½Ã°£¿¡¼­ ¼¼±ÕÀÌ °ËÃâµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ º» ¿¬±¸¿¡ »ç¿ëµÈ ´Ù¸ñÀû¿ë¾×À» RGP ÄÜÅÃÆ®·»Áî ¼Òµ¶¿¡ »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â °æ¿ì 5½Ã°£ ÀÌ»ó ħÀ±½ÃÄÑ¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.
Purpose: The compare each time antibacterial effects after soaking on multi-purpose solutions using Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa contaminated RGP lens, and suggest the soaking time required for disinfecting contact lenses.

Methods: Culture media for Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (concentrat ion of 10 Colony Forming Unit/ml) 0.1ml and in LB broth 0.9ml mixture after inserting on RGP lens were performed after 24 hour of incubation. we compared the antibacterial effect of three different multi-purpose solutions with 1 hour soaking, 2 hours soaking, 3 hours soaking, 4 hours soaking, 5 hours soaking, 6 hours soaking, and 7 hours soaking.

Results: Soaking in multi-purpose solutions for 1 hour reduced the number of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa up to 43~47%, 55~63%. soaking in multi-purpose solutions for 2 hour reduced the number of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa up to 77~80%, 77~86%. soaking in multi-purpose solutions for 3 hour reduced the number of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa up to 97~98%, 85~97%. soaking in multi-purpose solutions for 4 hour reduced the number of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa up to 100%, 95~100%. Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not detected at RGP lens soaked for 5 hour, 6 hour, 7 hour.

Conclusions: Staphylococcus aureus was not detected at soaking time for more than 4 hours multi-purpose solutions, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not detected at soaking time for more than 5 hours multi-purpose solutions. Therefore, when you used disinfecting RGP contact lens for multi-purpose solutions used in this study should be that over 5 hours soaked.
