Abstract

½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¿¡ ´ëÇÑ À¯º´·ü°ú ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¸¦ ÀÏÀ¸Å°´Â ½ÄǰÀÇ Á¾·ù¸¦ ¾Ë¾Æ³»±â À§ÇØ, ¼³¹®Áö Á¶»ç¿Í ÇǺδÜÀÚ½ÃÇèÀ» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´°í, ¶ÇÇÑ ÃÖ±Ù ±¹³»¿Ü ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÚ·á °íÂûÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú ¼³¹®Áö¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ¼ºº° ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±âÁõ»ó À¯º´·üÀº ³²ÀÚ¿¡¼­´Â 25.6%, ¿©ÀÚ´Â 5.8%·Î ³²³à °£¿¡ º° Â÷À̰¡ ¾ø¾úÀ¸¸ç, ¿¬·Éº°·Î´Â ³²ÀÚ´Â 40-49¼¼°¡ 31.8%, ¿©ÀÚ¿¡¼­´Â 30-39¼¼°¡ 32.6%·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò´Ù. ¼ºº°°ú ½Äǰ Ç׸ñ¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±âÀÇ À¯º´·üÀº ³²ÀÚ´Â °íµî¾î°¡ 6.6%·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í, ¿©ÀÚ´Â º¹¼þ¾Æ°¡ 7.4%·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò´Ù. ¼ºº°¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â Áõ»ó À¯º´ÀÚ Áß ÇǺδÜÀÚ½ÃÇè ¾ç¼º·üÀ» º¸¸é ³²ÀÚ¿¡¼­ 21.4%ÀÇ ¾ç¼º·üÀ», ¿©ÀÚ¿¡ À־´Â 14.7%ÀÇ ¾ç¼º·üÀ» ³ªÅ¸³» ³²³à°£ÀÇ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ(p=0.018)°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ½Äǰ Ç׸ñº° ¾ç¼º·üÀ» º¸¸é ³²ÀÚ¿¡¼­´Â È£ÇÁ°¡ 58.9%·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í, ¿©ÀÚ¿¡¼­´Â °è¶õÀÌ 36.4%·Î °¡Àå ³ôÀº ¾ç¼º·üÀ» ³ªÅ¸³ÂÀ¸¸ç, µÅÁö°í±â, »õ¿ì¡¤°¡Àç, È£ÇÁ, ±×¸®°í Å丶Åä¿¡¼­ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î ³²³à °£ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̰¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù(p<0.05). ÇǺδÜÀÚ½ÃÇèÀ» ÅëÇÏ¿© ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â Áõ»ó ÃßÁ¤ À¯º´·üÀº ³²ÀÚ 5.0%, ¿©ÀÚ 3.6%¿´À¸¸ç, ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¸¦ ÀÏÀ¸Å°´Â ÈçÇÑ ½ÄǰÀ¸·Î´Â È£ÇÁ, °íµî¾î, »õ¿ì, °¡Àç, °Ô, µÅÁö°í±â, ¿ìÀ¯, °è¶õ µîÀÌ Æ÷ÇÔµÈ´Ù°í »ý°¢ÇÑ´Ù.
ÃÖ±Ù ±¹³»¿Ü ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¿¡ °üÇÑ ÀÚ·á ºÐ¼®¿¡¼­ ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â À¯º´·üÀº 1-35% ¹üÀ§·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¸¦ ÀÏÀ¸Å°´Â ÁÖ¿ä ½ÄǰÀº ¿ìÀ¯, °è¶õ, °ß°ú·ù, »ý¼±, Á¶°³, °©°¢·ù ±×¸®°í °úÀÏ Ã¤¼Ò µîÀ¸·Î È®ÀÎ ÇÏ¿´´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ º» ¿¬±¸´Â Áö¿ª»çȸ Àü ¿¬·ÉÃþÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ±×¸®°í ÃÖ±Ù ±¹³»¿Ü ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â¿¡ °üÇÑ ÀڷḦ ºÐ¼®ÇÑ Ã¹ ½Ãµµ·Î½á ÇâÈÄ ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â ÁúȯÀ» ¿¹¹æÇϰí Ä¡·áÇϴµ¥ ±Ù°ÅÀÚ·áÀÇ Åä´ë°¡ µÉ °ÍÀÌ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ½Äǰ ¾Ë·¹¸£±â ±³À°ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °èȹÇÒ ¶§´Â ½Äǰ¾Ë·¹¸£±âÀÇ À¯º´·ü°ú ¾Ë·¹¸£°ÕÀ» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ ´ë󹿾ÈÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù°í º»´Ù.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to estimate the prevalence of food allergies and find out food allergens.

Methods: Questionnaires were completed by 2,415 subjects in D city, among whom 452 subjects believed that they had food allergy. Skin prick tests were performed on these subjects. The data were analyzed using SAS Version 9.0 and ¥ö©÷-test. In addition, several recent studies were reviewed.

Results: The prevalence rate of food allergic symptoms was 25.6% in males and 25.8% in females, respectively. The positive rate of skin prick tests among those who were allergic to any of 14 food items was 21.4% in males and 14.7% in females(p=0.018). Therefore, it was estimated that the prevalence rate of food allergy was 5.0% in males and 3.6% in females. It was shown that the major food allergens were hop, shrimp, lobster, oyster and egg(whole) in males, and egg(whole), hop, oyster, and pork in females, respectively. The prevalence in recent studies ranged from 1 to 35%. Major food allergens were milk, egg, nuts, fish, shellfish crustacean and fruits/vegetables.

Conclusions: In order to provide effective care for food allergy, it is essential to find out the prevalence of food allergies and food allergens.
