The objective of this study is to examine the judicial precedents based on the discrimination for the stabilization of woman employments in the labor market and research the improvement methods for woman employment. The analyzed judicial precedents in this study are cases of administrative proceedings and Court proceedigns based on low-income and unfair dismissal of woman, and cases related to parental leave to promote women``s employment and were clear in fact relation and selected as analysis of target except for some duplicated trials. It is discussed that wage discrimination and unfair dismissal that woman undergo in the labor market how been made through this study. Therefore, sexual harassment cases related to sex discrimination and the lower court trial were excluded. Also with regard to parental leave, in terms of that parental leave is the promotion system, this study informs the direction judgement goes for the activation of this system. For precedents to be analyzed, 2 precedents from the Constitutional Court, 2 precedents from administrative courts and 3 precedents from the Supreme Court were analyzed cases in 2001-2013. This study has implications for promoting woman employment and for suggesting political undertone to stabilize the woman employment by researching improvement method to get rid of job discrimination.
