Abstract

Laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding is the most common bariatric surgical procedure performed in Korea. We reporta rare case of gastric bleeding after laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding without band erosion who presented withhematemesis, melena and abdominal pain, and was successfully treated with endoscopic hemoclips and detachable snare.This case will be helpful to manage gastric bleeding properly after laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding.
