Abstract

¸ñÀû: ¾È±¸°ÇÁ¶Áõ Æò°¡¸¦ À§ÇÑ ¼¼ Á¾·ùÀÇ ¼³¹®Áö¿Í Ÿ°¢Àû °Ë»çÀÇ ÀÏÄ¡µµ¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ¼ºÀÎ 90¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¼¼ Á¾·ùÀÇ ¼³¹®Áö(SPEED, OSDI, TERTC-DEQ)¿Í Ÿ°¢Àû °Ë»ç(NIBUT, Schirmer test)¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿© °Ç¼º¾È°ú Á¤»ó¾ÈÀ» ±¸ºÐÇÏ°í ¼¼ ¼³¹®Áö¿Í Ÿ°¢Àû °Ë»çÀÇ ÀÏÄ¡µµ¸¦ ºñ±³, ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: NIBUT °Ë»ç¿Í °¢ ¼³¹®Áö °£ÀÇ ÀÏÄ¡µµ´Â SPEEDÀÇ °æ¿ì 83.3%, OSDIÀÇ °æ¿ì 77.8%, TERTCÀÇ °æ¿ì 72.3%·Î, SPEED°¡ °¡Àå ³ôÀº ÀÏÄ¡µµ¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. Schirmer test¿Í °¢ ¼³¹®Áö °£ÀÇ ÀÏÄ¡µµ´Â SPEEDÀÇ °æ¿ì 57.8%, OSDIÀÇ °æ¿ì 58.9%, TERTCÀÇ °æ¿ì 73.3%·Î, TERTC°¡ ÀÏÄ¡µµ´Â ³ô¾ÒÁö¸¸ Àü¹ÝÀûÀ¸·Î Schirmer test¿¡¼­´Â NIBUT °Ë»çº¸´Ù ³·Àº ÀÏÄ¡µµ¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù.

°á·Ð: ¾È±¸°ÇÁ¶ÁõÀº SPEEDÀÇ ¼³¹®Áö°¡ Ÿ°¢Àû °Ë»ç¿Í °¡Àå ³ôÀº ÀÏÄ¡µµ¸¦ º¸¿´À¸¸ç, SPEED°¡ ¾È±¸°ÇÁ¶Áõ Æò°¡¿¡ À¯¿ëÇÏ°Ô »ç¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.
Purpose: This study is to evaluate the accuracy of dry eye screening test by comparing coincidences between three types of questionnaires and objective tests.

Methods: 90 adults were classified into the normal and dry eye groups using evaluations of three types of questionnaires (SPEED, OSDI, TERTC-DEQ) and objective tests (NIBUT, Schirmer test). Coincidences-between the results of objective tests and questionnaires were compared and analyzed for dry eye diagnosis.

Results: Coincidences between NIBUT test and each questionnaire were 83.3% by SPEED, 77.8% by OSDI and 72.3% by TERTC-DEQ, respectively. Concordance by SPEED was highest among three types of questionnaire. Coincidences between the Schirmer test and each questionnaire were 57.8% by SPEED, 58.9% by OSDI and 73.3% by TERTC-DEQ, respectively, thus coincidence by TERTC was higher than by others. But coincidences by Schirmer test were generally lower than those by NIBUT test.

Conclusions: SPEED questionnaire showed the highest concordance with objective test as compared with others. Therefore, SPEED is expected to be used usefully to diagnose dry eyes.
