³úÁ¹ÁßÀ¸·Î ¾Æ½ºÇǸ°°ú Ŭ·ÎÇǵµ±×·¼À» º¹¿ëÇÏ´ø 71¼¼ ³²ÀÚ È¯ÀÚ¿¡¼ ±Þ¼º ÇϺ® ½É±Ù°æ»öÁõÀ¸·Î °ü»óµ¿¸Æ ÁßÀç¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Ã¼ú 7ÀÏ° ±Þ¼º È£Èí°ï¶õ ¹× STºÐÀý »ó½Â ¼Ò°ßÀ¸·Î ½ÃÇàÇÑ °ü»óµ¿¸Æ Á¶¿µ¼ú¿¡¼ ½ºÅÙÆ® Ç÷ÀüÁõÀ» Áø´Ü ÈÄ ÁßÀç¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. Stent thrombosis (ST) is a rare but catastrophic complication of a drug-eluting stent. Although dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel significantly reduces the occurrence of ST, it continues to occur and is occasionally associated with clopidogrel resistance. Here, we describe a 71-yr-old man with subacute stent thrombosis and clopidogrel resistance following drug-eluting stent implantation who underwent successful ticagrelor rescue therapy.
