Abstract
Campylobacter jejuni´Â ÁÖ·Î ¼¼±Õ¼º Àå¿°À» ÀÏÀ¸Å°°í ±ÕÇ÷ÁõÀ» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ Àå¿Ü°¨¿°Àº µå¹°°Ô ÀÏÀ¸Å²´Ù°í ¾Ë·ÁÁ® ÀÖ´Ù. ¹ß¿°ú µÎÅëÀ» ÁÖ¼Ò·Î ³»¿øÇÑ 20¼¼ ³²ÀÚȯÀÚ¿Í ¼³»ç¿Í º¹ÅëÀ» È£¼ÒÇÏ´Â 23¼¼ ³²ÀÚȯÀÚÀÇ Ç÷¾×¿¡¼ C. jejuni°¡ ºÐ¸®µÇ¾ú´Ù.ÀÌ ¼¼±ÕÀº ¹«»ê¼Ò¼º Ç÷¾×¹è¾ç¿¡¼ Áõ½ÄµÇ¾ú°í Áý¶ô µµ¸»¿°»ö¿¡¼ ±¸ºÎ·¯Áø ±×¶÷À½¼º ¸·´ë±ÕÀ¸·Î °üÂûµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç,MALDI-TOF MS½ÃÇè¿¡¼ C. jejuni·Î µ¿Á¤µÇ¾ú´Ù. ÀÌ¿¡ ÀúÀÚµéÀº Æò¼Ò °Ç°ÇÏ¿´´ø ÀþÀº ȯÀÚ¿¡¼ ¹ß»ýÇÑ C. jejuni ±ÕÇ÷Áõ 2¿¹¸¦ º¸°íÇÏ´Â ¹ÙÀÌ´Ù.
Campylobacter jejuni commonly causes bacterial enteritis but rarely causes extraintestinal infection including bacteremia. We isolated C. jejuni from the blood culture of a 20-year-old man presenting with fever and headache and also from the blood cultureof a 23-year-old man suffering abdominal pain and diarrhea. This organism grew in anaerobic culture,showed curved Gram-negative bacilli by Gram stain,and was identified by matrix-assisted laser desorptionionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS).
