¿¬±¸¹è°æ: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº 70´ë °í·É¿©¼ºÀÇ ¿ä°¡, ź¼º ÀúÇ×¼º ¿îµ¿ ¹× ½Ç¹ö´í½º µîÀÇ ¿îµ¿À¯Çü¿¡ µû¶ó¼­ Ç÷Áß °ñ ´ë »ç ÁöÇ¥ ¹× °ñ¹Ðµµ¿Í ½Åü±¸¼ºÀÇ º¯È­¾ç»óÀ» ºñ±³ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: 70´ë Æó°æ ÈÄ ¿©¼º °í·ÉÀÚ 33¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¿ä°¡(N = 11), ź¼º ÀúÇ×¼º ¿îµ¿(N = 10) ¹× ½Ç¹ö´í½º(N = 12)¸¦ ½Ç ½ÃÇÏ´Â ±×·ìÀ¸·Î ±¸ºÐÇÏ¿©, 12ÁÖ°£ ¿îµ¿ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °¢°¢ ½Ç½Ã ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: Æó°æ ÈÄ 70´ë ¿©¼º °í·ÉÀÚÀÇ ½Åü±¸¼º ¹× °ñ´ë»çÁöÇ¥ ÀÇ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ °³¼±À» À§ÇÏ¿© ź¼º ÀúÇ×¼º ¿îµ¿°ú ½Ç¹ö´í½º ¿î µ¿ÀÌ È¿°úÀûÀÎ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À¸·ÎÀÇ È°¿ë°¡´É¼ºÀÌ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î °£ÁֵȴÙ.
Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the responses of blood concentrations of bone metabolic markers, bone mineral density, and body composition after different exercise training in 70¡¯s elderly women.

Methods: Subjects were divided into three groups, yoga group (N = 11), strength training with theraband group (N = 10), and silver dance group (N = 12). The responses of blood concentrations of bone metabolic markers, bone mineral density, and body composition were compared between the groups after 12 weeks of each exercise training.

Methods: After the 12 weeks exercise training program, body weight and body mass index (BMI) showed a significant (P < 0.05) decrease in the silver dance group and yoga group, whereas skinfold thickness showed a significant (P < 0.05) decrease in the silver dance group. Silver dance group showed the highest response in body composition among the three groups. Silver dance exercise or strength training with theraband for 12 weeks showed positive effects on bone mineral contents in 70¡¯s elderly women.

Methods: Therefore, both silver dance exercise and strength training with theraband may be effective exercise programs for improving bone metabolic markers and body composition in 70¡¯s elderly women.
