Abstract

Hypereosinophilic syndrome is a multisystem disorder with unexplained persistent eosinophilia and marked preference for systemic organ involvement. More than half of all patients have cutaneous involvement, usually presenting as angioedema, urticarial lesions, and eczematous, pruriginous papules. Hypereosinophilic syndrome presenting with generalized cutaneous blisters is rare, and we report the findings of a patient who was successfully treated with interferon-¥á.
