Abstract
¸ñ Àû: ¹Ì°ñÅëÀº ¹Ì°ñ ÁÖÀ§¿¡ ¹ß»ýÇÏ´Â ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¿øÀÎÀÇ ÅëÁõÀ» ÅëĪÇϸç, ´ë°³´Â º¸Á¸Àû Ä¡·á·Î È£ÀüµÈ´Ù. ÇÏÁö¸¸ º¸Á¸Àû Ä¡·á¿¡ ¹ÝÀÀÇÏÁö ¾Ê´Â ȯÀڵ鿡¼ ÀúÀÚµéÀº ¹Ì°ñ ÀýÁ¦¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿© ÀÌÀÇ Ä¡·á °á°ú¿¡ ´ëÇØ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
´ë»ó ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 2003³â 3¿ùºÎÅÍ 2013³â 8¿ù±îÁö, 12°³¿ù ÀÌ»óÀÇ º¸Á¸Àû Ä¡·á·Î È£ÀüµÇÁö ¾ÊÀº ¸¸¼º ¹Ì°ñÅë ȯÀÚ 8¿¹¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¹Ì°ñ ÀýÁ¦¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´°í, ¼ö¼ú Àü, ÈÄÀÇ ½Ã°¢ÅëÁõµî±Þ(visual analog scales, VAS) score¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Áõ»ó È£Àü ±â°£ ¹× ÇÕº´Áõ ¹ß»ý À¯¹«µµ È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°á °ú: ¼ö¼ú ÈÄ Æò±Õ Áõ»ó È£Àü ±â°£Àº 3.4°³¿ùÀ̾úÀ¸¸ç, VAS scoreµµ ¼ú Àü 7.3¿¡¼ ÃÖÁ¾ Ã߽à ½Ã 1.6À¸·Î È£ÀüµÇ¾ú´Ù. ÇÕº´ÁõÀº 1¿¹¿¡¼ â»ó °¨¿°ÀÌ ¹ß»ýÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°á ·Ð: º¸Á¸Àû Ä¡·á¿¡ ¹ÝÀÀÇÏÁö ¾Ê´Â ¸¸¼º ¹Ì°ñÅëÀ» ¹Ì°ñ ÀýÁ¦¼ú·Î Ä¡·áÇÏ¿© ¼º°øÀûÀÎ °á°ú¸¦ ¾òÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.
Purpose: Coccygodynia is a painful condition localized in the region of the coccyx. Most cases of coccygodynia are treated conservatively. However, we conducted an analysis of patients who underwent coccygectomy, with chronic intractable coccygodynia and assessed the results of their treatment.
Materials and Methods: From March 2003 to August 2013, this study was conducted in order to investigate the benefit of coccygectomy in cases where conservative treatment has failed. We compared preoperative and postoperative visual analog scales (VAS) scores and confirmed duration of symptom free, complications.
Results: The average duration of symptom free was 3.4 months, and VAS score improved from 7.3 to 1.6. There was one wound infection.
Conclusion: We can obtain satisfactory results through coccygectomy for chronic intractable coccygodynia.
