Abstract
¸ñ Àû: µÎ °¡Áö ¼Òµ¶¾×À» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ±Õ °¨¼Ò È¿°ú¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù.
´ë»ó ¹× ¹æ¹ý: ÀÌ ¿¬±¸´Â 2011³â 8¿ù 2ÀϺÎÅÍ 9¿ù 2ÀϱîÁö ´ë±¸°¡Å縯´ëÇб³º´¿ø¿¡ ³»¿øÇÑ ÃÑ 38¸íÀÇ È¯ÀÚµéÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Povidone iodine (3.75%) ´Üµ¶À¸·Î ¼Òµ¶ÇÑ ±º°ú povidone iodine (3.75%) »ç¿ë ÈÄ Softa-Man¢çÀ» Ãß°¡ÇÑ ±ºÀ¸·Î ³ª´©¾î ¼Õ ¾Ä±â Àü, ¼Õ ¾Ä±â ÈÄ, ¼ö¼ú ÈÄ¿¡ ±Õ ¹è¾ç °Ë»ç¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°á °ú: ¼Òµ¶¾àÀÇ Á¾·ù¿¡ µû¶ó ±×¶÷¾ç¼º±¸±ÕÀº À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ¾úÀ¸³ª(p=0.034) ±×¶÷¾ç¼º°£±ÕÀÇ °æ¿ì¿¡´Â Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù(p=0.838). ¼Õ ¾Ä´Â ½Ã°£ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÒ¼ö·Ï ±Õ ¾ç¼ººñ°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´°í(p=0.000) 120ÃÊ À̻󿡼 Àú¸íÇÑ °¨¼Ò¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. °á ·Ð: Povidone iodine¸¸ »ç¿ëÇÑ °æ¿ì ±Õ ¾ç¼º·üÀ» ±âÁØÀ¸·Î ÆÇ´ÜÇÑ´Ù¸é 4ºÐ¿¡¼ 5ºÐ »çÀÌÀÇ ¼Õ ¾Ä±â ½Ã°£ÀÌ ÀûÀýÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ÆǴܵȴÙ. µÎ °¡Áö Á¦À縦 °°ÀÌ »ç¿ëÇÑ °æ¿ì´Â Àû¾îµµ 2ºÐ ÀÌ»óÀÇ ¼Õ ¾Ä±â ½Ã°£ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.
Purpose: Two antiseptic solutions were investigated for their effect on bacterial growth inhibition.
Materials and Methods: A total of 38 patients were included in this study, who visited Daegu Catholic Medical Center from August 2, 2011 to September 2, 2011. Bacterial culture was performed at the pre-scrub, post-scrub, and postoperation; patients were divided into two groups according to use of povidone iodine (3.75%) and povidone iodine with Softa-Man¢ç as antiseptic agents at the surgical.
Result: Comparison between the antiseptic solutions showed a significant difference for the presence of gram positive cocci (p=0.034), however, no difference was observed for the presence of gram positive bacilli (p=0.838). As the scrub time increased, the positive detection ratio of bacteria decreased (p=0.000), and decreased significantly at more than 120 seconds. However, positive detection ratio of bacteria increased significantly at more than 300 seconds in cases with povidone iodine only (p=0.014). Glove wearing time did not have a significant influence on the positive detection ratio of bacteria, and no significant difference was observed between the antiseptic solutions (p=0.143).
Conclusion: Considering the positive detection ratio of bacteria when using povidone iodine only, the appropriate scrub time should be between 4 and 5 minutes. When using both antiseptics, at least 2 minutes of scrub time is needed.
