Abstract

¸ñÀû: 577 nm ·¹ÀÌÀú¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ´ÜÀÏ ±¤ÀÀ°í¹Ý ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼ú°ú ÆÐÅÏ ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼úÀÇ ¾È¾Ð Çϰ­È¿°ú¸¦ ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

´ë»ó°ú ¹æ¹ý: ¿ø¹ß°³¹æ°¢³ì³»Àå ȯÀÚ 35¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î 18¾ÈÀº 360¡Æ´ÜÀÏ ±¤ÀÀ°í¹Ý ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´°í, 17¾ÈÀº 360¡Æ ÆÐÅÏ ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿© ½Ã¼ú ÈÄ 1ÁÖ, 1°³¿ù, 3°³¿ù, 6°³¿ùÀÇ ¾È¾Ð°Ë»ç ¹× ¼¼±Øµî Çö¹Ì°æ°Ë»ç¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ´ÜÀÏ ±¤ÀÀ°í¹Ý ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÑ ±º¿¡¼­ ¼úÀü ¾È¾ÐÀº Æò±Õ 25.27 ¡¾ 7.51 mmHg¿´°í, ¼úÈÄ 6°³¿ù° ¾È¾ÐÀº Æò±Õ 15.89 ¡¾ 3.89 mmHg·Î ¼úÀü¿¡ ºñÇØ Æò±Õ 37.1% ¾È¾ÐÇϰ­ È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ÆÐÅÏ ·¹ÀÌÀú ¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÑ ±º¿¡¼­ ¼úÀü ¾È¾ÐÀº Æò±Õ 24.11 ¡¾ 4.17 mmHg¿´°í, ¼úÈÄ 6°³¿ù° ¾È¾ÐÀº Æò±Õ 17.57 ¡¾ 2.64 mmHg·Î ¼úÀü¿¡ ºñÇØ Æò±Õ 27.1% ¾È¾ÐÇϰ­ È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: Optically pumped semiconductor laser (577 nm)¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ´ÜÀÏ ±¤ÀÀ°í¹Ý ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼ú°ú ÆÐÅÏ ·¹ÀÌÀú¼¶À¯ÁÖ¼ºÇü¼úÀº ¾È¾ÐÇϰ­ È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ½Ã¼ú¹æ¹ý¿¡ µû¸¥ ¾È¾ÐÇϰ­ÀÇ È¿°ú´Â µÎ ±º°£¿¡ Åë°èÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ¾ø¾ú´Ù(p=0.40).
Purpose: To evaluate the pressure-lowering effects of single-spot laser trabeculoplasty and patterned laser trabeculoplasty using a 577-nm wavelength laser.

Methods: A total 35 eyes of 35 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma were enrolled in this study. Eighteen eyes of 18 patients were treated with 360¡Æ single-spot laser trabeculoplasty and 17 eyes of 17 patients were treated with 360¡Æ patterned laser trabeculoplasty. All patients were evaluated after laser trabeculoplasty at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months using slit lamp examination and Goldmann applanation tonometry.

Results: At 6 months postoperatively, the single-spot laser trabeculoplasty group had a mean IOP of 15.89 ¡¾ 3.89 mm Hg with a mean IOP reduction of 37.1%, while the patterned laser trabeculoplasty group had a mean IOP of 17.57 ¡¾ 2.64 mm Hg with a mean IOP reduction of 27.1%.

Conclusions: Laser trabeculoplasty with a 577-nm optically pumped semiconductor laser was safe and demonstrated an IOP lowering effect. There were no significant differences in the IOP lowering effects between the single-spot laser trabeculoplasty and the patterned laser trabeculoplasty.
