COVID-19 is demanding new changes and responses beyond its impact as a disease. This study was conducted to understand what the impact of COVID-19 on the practice field was, what kind of service changes it brought, and what meaning it left behind at the time of one year since the outbreak of COVID-19. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted with 15 mental health professionals working in day rehabilitation facilities. As a results of the study, Seven themes were derived. 'Attempts and evolutionary process to connect', 'Services going out of the facility', 'Expansion of services through a non-face-to-face method', 'Members who fill their emptied lives by themselves', 'Administration that cannot keep up with changes', 'the meaning of the crisis' and 'moving towards the essential role of as a social worker'. Based on the results, the following suggestions are proposed: reflection on the response for Corona 19, expansion to non-face-to-face services, transformation of service functions and structures, and the essential role of social workers.
